Flexible program for all levels

Real immersion in a small family school
An immersion in the art of Shaolin Kung-Fu
Shi Miao Hai teaches Shaolin Kung-Fu with a subtle balance between tradition and flexibility. You'll practice the basic "jibengong" exercises, as well as empty-hand and weapon forms (taolu) adapted to your level. In addition, the school offers weekly Sanda (Chinese boxing) and Qi Gong classes to enrich your practice.
A teaching method tailored to your objectives
The originality of teaching at Shi Miao Hai lies in its flexibility: the rigor of training depends above all on your personal commitment. When you meet the master, you can discuss your expectations of him and his school. If you're looking to challenge yourself physically and mentally, Shi Miao Hai and his instructor will be able to guide you in your learning of Kung Fu, through rigorous and intensive practice. On the other hand, if you prefer a more flexible approach to progress at your own pace, you'll find here a caring and motivating environment, free from judgement.
Training takes place mainly outdoors, offering a natural setting conducive to concentration. Depending on the number of participants, classes can be mixed with Chinese students or organized in small groups for more targeted coaching.
A typical day starts at sunrise with a morning workout, followed by morning and afternoon sessions. Evenings are free for rest or independent practice. This flexible approach makes the school an ideal place for those wishing to combine the practice of Kung-Fu with an intense human experience tailored to their personal needs.
