The Wudangshan kung fu school offers official kung fu training recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Sport. Among its ranks are masters from the Wudang tradition, as well as experienced Shaolin kung fu teachers. This wealth of pedagogy enables you to explore the emblematic styles of Chinese martial history, from the elegance and spirituality of Wudang to the power and rigor of Shaolin.
Whatever your level or desires, you'll be guided towards the practice best suited to your body type, personality and objectives.
Teaching tailored to your level and interests
The school welcomes everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. Chinese students train intensively throughout the year, at a rigorous pace that can be daunting. That's why Wudang offers a special class dedicated to novice practitioners, whether Chinese or foreign. Take advantage of tailored teaching, detailed explanations and personalized support, without having to keep up with the fast pace of the locals.
However, if you are in good physical condition and have a solid grounding in the martial arts, it is possible to join the intermediate or advanced Chinese classes at your request. You'll have two extra training sessions, one before breakfast and one after dinner. It's an intense, immersive experience, where you'll train from morning to night in the pure martial arts tradition.
